The Iowa Division of Banking is working through its comprehensive review of existing administrative rules as required by Governor Reynolds' Executive Order 10, and has published the initial Red Tape Review Rule Reports on our website: IDOB Red Tape Review Rules Reports.
The Division has published the Regulatory Analysis documents for each rules chapter in the Iowa Administrative Bulletin, available here: Iowa Administrative Bulletin from November 26, 2025.
As detailed in that publication, the Division will hold two public hearings on the Regulatory Analyses.
